Jacek Winiarski
UNDERGROUND Jacek Winiarski - CEO & Founder
From 1998 to 2016 I’ve been working in Łódź Voivodeship Office, in Citizenship and Foreigners Department. From 2009 to January 2016 I was the head of the department. During that time I was also voivode’s proxy in the matters of national and ethnical minorities. As a leader of almost 90-person team I was responsible for executing migration policy in Łódź Voivodeship, supervising passport and citizenship tasks.
I’ve been a nominated civil service worker since 2006.
During my years of work in government administration on voivodeship level I’ve received many awards and distinctions including: medal for my services to the police, medal for my services to the border guard, medal for my services to the defense of Poland.
I’m a graduate of Cardinal Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
Monika Skonieczna

I gained my experience during many years of work in public administration offices. During last 8 years I’ve been the deputy of the head of Citizenship and Foreigners Department in Łódź Voivodeship Office. I was directly responsible for overseeing implementation of tasks related to legalizing foreigners stay in Poland, their work permits and Polish citizenship.
I am a nominated civil service worker. My job has always been highly rated by my superiors. As a result I was distinguished by the President of the Republic of Poland for myexcellence and scrupulous performance of my work-related duties.
I’m a graduate of Łódź University.
